Therapy is not a sign that you have failed to figure it all out nor is it an indication that your marriage or relationship is over.

 

Therapy is the beginning of a process of getting unstuck and getting healthy. We regularly get our car serviced even though it is not broken. We need to take care of ourselves and our relationships as well. Getting to a healthier place is a lot easier to navigate with someone who is outside of your situation.
